These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Streamneeds (the “Service”), a SaaS toolkit for slot streamers that provides bonus hunt tracking, OBS overlays, Discord and Kick integrations, viewer points, giveaways, raffles and related features. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Streamneeds. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for streamers who produce gambling-related content on platforms that permit such content; you are solely responsible for ensuring your stream complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the rules of any platform you stream on.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of any moderator you grant access to your account. Keep your password and any API keys you generate secret. Notify us immediately at the support email below if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to other users.
3. Plans, trials and billing
Streamneeds offers a free Starter tier with limited features and paid Basic and Pro tiers billed monthly through Stripe. Pricing is shown in-app on the upgrade page and may change with reasonable notice. Trials are offered at our discretion; an unconverted trial automatically rolls back to the Starter tier at expiry. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods except as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including running unlicensed gambling, money laundering, or activities violating sanctions;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape at industrial scale, or otherwise abuse the Service or its APIs;
- submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that targets minors;
- use the Service to spam, mislead, or defraud your viewers (e.g. rigged giveaways, fake balances, undisclosed paid partnerships displayed as organic content);
- impersonate any person or platform, or claim official endorsement by Kick, Discord or any casino;
- interfere with the Service's integrity, security or performance (DoS, credential stuffing, lateral access to other users' data).
5. Third-party platforms
Streamneeds connects to platforms including Kick, Discord and Stripe. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party platforms, and feature parity may change if a third party modifies its API.
6. Your content and viewer data
You retain ownership of the content you create on Streamneeds (hunts, overlays, custom commands, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
When you connect Discord or Kick to your Streamneeds account you instruct us to process data about your viewers (chat messages, follows, subscriptions, points, etc.) on your behalf. For that data, you are the data controller and Streamneeds is a data processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process viewer data in your jurisdiction, and for telling your viewers what data you collect. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Viewer points and in-app economies
Viewer points, raffle tickets and store credit displayed in Streamneeds are not money, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash by viewers. They are a discretionary engagement mechanic operated by you on your channel. We make no guarantee that points balances will be preserved indefinitely — accounts that are suspended, dormant, or that lose access to their connected integrations may have point histories archived or removed.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved without loss.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamneeds' aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim and (b) £100. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if continued provision of the Service is unlawful, or if your account creates an undue risk to other users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue locally.
